Meet Độ Khớp
Nick and Alex, the founders, were once passionate runners—until knee pain slowed them down. Recovery took longer. Injuries lingered. They started asking: “Will I ever run without worrying about knee pain again?”
Now, in 2025, they’re pain-free and back to running stronger than ever. The game changer? A training philosophy called ATG that helped them rebuild their knees from the ground up.
In Vietnam, common knee pain “solutions” usually mean meds, braces, or surgery. Rarely do they tackle the real cause. That’s why Nick and Alex created their own fix: The Độ Khớp Method.

From Pain to Performance
Inspired by “Độ xe” (tuning cars), Độ Khớp is all about upgrading your body—specifically, your knees—so you can run without fear of injury.
What started as frustration became a movement. They launched the Độ Khớp Club (ĐKC) to bridge the gap between injury recovery and running performance.
Through trial, error, and hundreds of runners, they built a system backed by ATG principles to do one thing well: help runners get strong, stay pain-free, and move better.
Vision
Độ Khớp was founded with the vision of becoming Vietnam’s leading training platform for runners—simply by shifting how runners train. Instead of “just running”, Độ Khớp helps runners train smarter by improving these five key pillars:

Online Training Platform
ĐKC—Vietnam’s first online training system for runners—is hosted on Skool.com and helps runners break free from frustration and achieve their goals.
The ĐKC platform has over 500 members, with more than 150 runners in Vietnam completing the program and running again without pain. Many have even hit new PRs and conquered distances from 21 km to 100 miles since returning to running.
With the flagship program Độ đầu gối – Bye Bye Knee Pain, they’ve systemized injury recovery into a 12-week program—just 25 minutes/day, 3 times/week, at home—no gym, no drugs, no surgery.

– Foot Tuning: A 6-week plan for runners with plantar fasciitis or general foot pain
– IT Band Tuning: Targets joints and muscles to improve knee resilience
– Chạy Nhanh Hơn (Run Faster) programs (5K/10K/21K/42K): Detailed training plans (4/8/12/16 weeks) to safely hit your race goals of running 5km to 42 km.
